Spicy Mango Tango Shrimp

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for cooking

Process until the batter forms a smooth paste and transfer to the prepared bread pan, scraping the sides as required.

Tango sauce can be replaced with orange marmalade or orange juice and honey.
This sauce can be substituted with either orange marmalade, or a mixture of the orange juice and honey.
