Rockfish Baked in Lemon Butter Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 4 rockfish fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  2. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  3. 2 lemons (1 juiced and 1 sliced)
  4. 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  5. Salt and pepper, to taste
  6. Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  7. 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparing Your Ingredients 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures the oven reaches the right temperature by the time you’re ready to bake the fish.
