Perfect Cookies: No Bake Cookies

Okay, yes, there a million recipes of this out there and they all look the same. But this one turns out soft, fudgy, not sticky, and is completely perfect in every way. And they’re even better the next day!

I had to run to the grocery store before making these tonight. Worth the effort! They’re full of fairly healthy ingredients, so don’t worry when you end up eating them in excess….

I’ve struggled to find the perfect oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe for a long time. I need a crisp outside, a soft and gooey inside, fresh-tasting oatmeal cookie. M&M Pudding Mix Cookies (+ Homemade Pudding Mix)

I feel like I’ve been posting a lot of M&M recipes, but I checked and the only other one I have is Soft Chocolate M&M Cookies, which are actually quite amazing even without the M&M’s. Plus, this post has 2 recipes for the price of one. Jackpot!
M&M Pudding Mix CookiesI’ve wanted to make my own pudding mix for awhile now, because I knew it had to be pretty easy and much healthier than the packaged mixes. Also, I just dislike paying a few bucks for something that probably cost the manufacturer .02 cents to make. Powdered milk is rarely on hand in my apartment, so once I bought some of that (it’s super cheap!) I was all set. I only made a half batch of the pudding mix because I really just wanted it to make these cookies. If you want more pudding recipes, check out this POST. It has 75 pudding recipes!
